TOYAH WILLCOX has a highly successful, prolific and incredibly diverse career of which music is a major component. In a career spanning over 30 years she has amassed 13 top 40 singles, recorded 20 albums, toured live accross the world and written and recorded with Simon Darlow, Steve Lillywhite, Nick Tauber, Mike Hedges, Christopher Neil, Tim Elsenburg, Trey Gunn, Robert Fripp and Bill Rieflin. Her latest solo album In The Court Of The Crimson Queen was released on iTunes in September 2008. Willcox performs to audiences of ten of thousands every year as part of the summer Here & Now stadium and outdoor concerts.
BILL RIEFLIN: BASS, PERCUSSION, KEYBOARDS
BILL RIEFLIN is a multi-instrumentalist, most recently active as a drummer with R.E.M.. Rieflin has also worked with Robyn Hitchcock, Swans, Slow Music, Mark Lanegan, Angels of Light, The Minus 5, John Wesley Harding, Grant-Lee Phillips, Hector Zazou, Ruby, Ministry, Chris Connelly, and Nine Inch Nails among others. Rieflin is one of the founders of the independent music label First World.
CHRIS WONG: BASS, GUITAR
CHRIS WONG is a Cambridge-born musician and a professional guitarist, bass guitarist, arranger, orchestrator, composer and musical director. Alongside band work Chris musically directs extensively in musical theatre. His debut solo album The Edible Suite reflects his interest in jazz/funk/rock and his influences of Pat Metheney, Larry Carlton, Joe Pass, Pat Travers, Steve Lukather, Frank Dunnery, Alan Holdsworth and Robert Fripp. Recorded work includes studio sessions with Phil Watts, Mark Rattray, Dave Sinclair, Don Meskall and Rox. Wong is also the musical director of and guitarist in Toyah's solo live band.
IGOR ABULADZE: GUITAR, KEYBOARDS, PERCUSSION
IGOR ABULADZE lives and works in Seattle as a music instructor at Seattle Drum School. He is currently working on a second solo album, previews of which can be heard on the ReverbNation whilst he is in process of selecting the material for the album. In addition to The Humans, he also performs with two original bands. Abuladze plays bass with The 3rd Law, with Drummer Drew Locke and guitar players Bob Williams and Travis Metcalf, and guitar in the trio Nosretep with drummer Mike Peterson and bassist Andy Sells. Igor plays bass in Undercover Blues Band with guitarist Curt Golden and drummer Bill Rieflin. As a sideman, he plays guitar with singer-songwriter Kathy Moore in her band Boxcar Rebellion. Igor also enjoys classic rock covers around town in Seattle with Urban Achievers, Black Vinyl All-Stars and Red.
